What we do

Managed WordPress Support

We keep your WordPress site updated, backed up and monitored, and send you a statement each month so you can see it happening.

WordPress powers a large share of the web, which also makes it a well-understood target. Keeping a site current is not complicated work, but it is work that has to happen consistently, and it is usually the first thing to slip when nobody’s job it is.

We make it somebody’s job.

What we handle

Updates

WordPress core, themes and plugins, applied on a schedule and checked afterwards to make sure the site still works. Updates that look risky get tested on staging first.

Backups

Stored offsite, weekly or daily depending on your plan, and verified rather than assumed.

Monitoring

Uptime monitoring runs continuously. If your site stops responding, we know within minutes and we start looking into it.

Security

Malware scanning, hardening, and on PRO plans a Cloudflare Pro WAF sitting in front of the site.

Performance

Monthly checks on load times and Core Web Vitals, with the fixes that fall inside the plan handled as we go.

The monthly statement

What was updated, what was backed up, how the site performed. Plain enough that you can read it in two minutes.

Hosting and care are different things

Hosting is the server your site lives on. A care plan is the ongoing work of keeping the site itself healthy. Most businesses want both, and we bill them separately so you can see what each one costs.

Plans from $79/month

ESSENTIAL $79 · STANDARD $120 · PRO $380 · PREMIER on request. All month to month.

Works with your existing host

You do not have to move hosting to take a care plan.

Support hours are separate

Content changes and new features are quoted at $150 to $220 per hour.
