We assess and quote
A clear, fixed-price plan before any work starts.
We build and hand over
You get a working site and a plain-English walkthrough.
What happens each month
Updates run on schedule and we check nothing broke. Backups run and get verified. Monitoring is on around the clock.
At the end of each month you get a statement showing what was done.
How we price things
- Monthly plans are published on the site. What you see is what you pay.
- Project work is quoted upfront with a fixed price after we understand the scope.
- Ad hoc work outside your plan is $150 to $220 per hour, quoted before we begin.
- Licences and third-party costs are passed through at partner pricing.
What you receive each month
A monthly care statement — updates applied & verified, backups run & restore tested, uptime & performance figures, security scan results, anything needing your attention.
We publish our prices
Plans and hosting rates are on the site. You should not have to sit through a sales call to find out whether we are in your range.
We do not do helpdesk
We manage your infrastructure, not your staff’s laptops. If you need printers and password resets handled, we will say so and point you to someone who does it well.
No lock-in contracts
Plans are month to month. If we stop being useful you should be able to leave, and we will hand over access, backups and documentation without making it difficult.
We tell you when you do not need something
If a cheaper plan covers what you need, that is the one we will recommend. If off-the-shelf software beats building anything, we will point you at it.
If you want to leave
Plans are month to month. Give us notice and we will hand over everything: access, backups, documentation, DNS. No hostage situations, no exit fees.
We would rather you stayed because the service is worth it.
